About Electrical Engineering

Welcome to EE Islamabad Campus |
Department
of Electrical Engineering was initially established as the Computer Engineering
Department at the Johar campus, Islamabad in year 1999. Along with hiring
faculty renowned for its expertise in research and application of technology, we
established state-of-art laboratories equipped with latest and highly sophisticated
equipment where students spend time to innovate and engineer basic as well novel
ideas to supplement the theoretical course work.
Initially Microprocessor Lab, Electronics Lab and Computer Science Labs were established
to meet needs of our students. Later in 2002, the Very-Large-Scale-Integration (VLSI)
Lab was also established to further enhance the working and learning opportunities
for our students.
