towards the academic and professional development of students. Career Development
Center established at CIIT Islamabad is another strategic endeavor which aspires
to cater to the personal, academic and professional needs of the students of CIIT.
The principal pivot around which the
core dogma of CDC revolves is the veracity and actuality that careers are not established
by mere degrees and diplomas. It is much more than that, much broader in spectrum
and much holistic in disposition. At CDC, CIIT we tend to channel our vigor, energy
and efforts for the career development of student in a way that they shine out to
be an employee of an employer choice. For the said, we at CDC, aim to initiate career
development processes for students which embrace objects like career awareness,
career exploration, career preparation, and work experience. To compliment the former
the Center will also provide information and resources to help students make career
decisions.
